Brooks is Sri Lankan tapas, cooked the way Pracida learned it at home. The devilled beef, the pork curry and the sherry fruit cake are her own recipes, and every dish is seasoned by hand with roasted Ceylon spice. We support our local community by sourcing what we can nearby.

Order a spread of small plates and pass them around the table. Kalupol chicken skewers, devilled tiger prawns, hopper pancakes and a creamy butternut coconut curry sit happily side by side, so meat eaters, pescatarians and vegans all eat well from the one table.
